Functional Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Configure provider pricing by analyzing documentation and conducting root cause analysis
• Identify operational requirements by analyzing business needs and ensuring data accuracy
• Collaborate with internal customers through communication, training, and documentation support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or 4 years in an operational role at level 2 or above
• Preferred experience of 4-5 years in an operations role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications
• Ability to create graphics and reports for non-technical audiences
