A company is looking for a Functional Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured and unstructured data collection activities to capture observations and lessons learned
• Input, manage, and maintain lessons learned data within the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS)
• Develop analytical reports and present findings to leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Secret clearance
• 4+ years of experience in military operations analysis or lessons learned programs
• Experience with JLLIS or comparable systems
• Strong analytical and research skills
