Functional Application Architect

Job Summary

Serving as the functional lead, the full-time Functional Application Architect will manage the design and implementation of consumption-based billing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring successful product launches and the transition from legacy entitlement systems to modern platforms, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the functional design for consumption-based billing solutions integrated with Salesforce CRM
• Partner with cross-functional teams to onboard new products into billing models and ensure system readiness for launches
• Lead the migration from legacy entitlement systems to the Entitlement Management System, ensuring continuity and standardization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with billing and entitlement platforms
• Strong experience with consumption-based billing systems, such as Metronome
• Proven track record in migrating from legacy systems to modern platforms
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for requirements management
