Functional Area Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Area Expert II to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ServiceNow development from demand to delivery
• Assemble stakeholders to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Lead test plan development and execution, including user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, related scientific or technical discipline, or equivalent PLUS 10 years of experience
• Experience elaborating business requirements into detailed user stories in ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Experience working with the ServiceNow platform, particularly the Service Catalog module
• Experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
• Experience designing and implementing process workflows
