Functional Automation Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional and Automation Tester.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze design documents, user stories, use cases, and requirements to create detailed test scripts
• Perform System, Integration, and Regression testing, and execute tests while capturing evidence and logging defects
• Develop and execute Selenium automation scripts using AI tools like Copilot or Cursor AI

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Tester or in a similar role
• Prior experience working on US State Government projects
• Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and JAMA
