Functional Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Business Analyst for a 12-14 month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Analyze and document processes for insurance, claims, accounting, and compliance systems
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, supporting UI/UX designers and development teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with a mid-level preference
• Strong functional/business analysis background, not strictly technical
• Experience in process documentation and requirements gathering
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Go-getter attitude with the ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision
