Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful implementation of product solutions for clients
• Provide implementation expertise while configuring and testing solutions to meet business requirements
• Streamline recruitment and hiring processes using conversational recruiting platforms

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of functional experience in HCM, Payroll, Financial, Benefits, Revenue, Spend, Talent, or Performance Management software solutions
• 3+ years of consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience implementing applications such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, or Ceridian
• Industry experience in Healthcare, Finance, or Supply Chain
