Functional Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Consultant to gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs
• Provide ongoing support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed

Required Qualifications

• NetSuite Procure to Pay or experience with a comparable Accounts Payable platform is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably in ERP, CRM, or other business applications
• Understanding of business processes and ability to analyze and document complex requirements
