Job Summary
Supporting Federal Government customers, the full-time Functional Consultant - Federal Acquisitions will provide functional expertise, user support, training, and operational guidance within Unison's PRISM acquisition platform, focusing on the requisitioning business area.
Key responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Government users throughout the requisitioning lifecycle within the PRISM application
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual user training for new users, refresher courses, and software enhancements
- Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices for utilizing PRISM functionality and improving business processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience supporting enterprise software applications
- 3+ years of experience providing end-user software support and user training
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting, implementation, or customer support role
- Experience documenting business processes, user procedures, or training materials
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
