Functional Expert Champion
Job Summary
As a Functional Expert Champion, the full-time remote position will engage with nonprofit organizations to maximize their use of the RE NXT platform, leveraging product knowledge and industry best practices to enhance customer success and drive product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for RE NXT Web View and AI-powered capabilities
- Engage directly with customers to optimize workflows and drive measurable business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-facing resources and shape adoption strategies
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Marketing, Solutions Consulting, or related SaaS roles
- Experience presenting to executive, technical, and end-user audiences
- Knowledge of RE NXT or similar enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience driving product adoption and change management initiatives
- Preferred: Nonprofit industry experience and familiarity with AI-powered technologies
