Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Medicine Provider.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform telemedicine consultations from a HIPAA-compliant video interface
Review lab results and provide tailored treatment options related to various therapies
Educate patients on medication and treatment plans from a functional medicine perspective

Required Qualifications:

Board-certified physician (MD or DO) from a US-accredited medical school
Active, non-restrictive medical licensure in at least 10 states
Minimum two years of experience as a practicing physician
Unrestricted DEA license
Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week for consultations
