Functional Testing Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for leading functional testing strategy and execution for client-facing solutions, the full-time Functional Testing Manager will ensure compliance with functional requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and enforce functional testing standards across products and releases, defining test approach and release readiness criteria
• Plan, execute, and manage functional testing for releases, including test scheduling and daily progress reporting
• Develop and maintain test artifacts such as test plans and test scripts, focusing on trade promotion and price planning workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated domain expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) with a focus on Revenue Growth Management and Optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience in software product quality assurance, including functional test planning and release readiness
• Hands-on experience with test automation using modern frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium) is preferred
