Fund Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fund Accountant, Venture Capital/Private Equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accounting data for 10-20 client engagements
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of client deliverables and financial statements
• Reconcile portfolio and cash activity, and prepare quarterly net asset value reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Practical experience working with cryptocurrency assets
• CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials are highly desirable
• Basic working knowledge of private investments and fund accounting lifecycle
