Fund Accountant

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Fund Finance Director, the full-time remote Fund Accountant will manage fund accounting, post-trade operations, and financial reporting, while collaborating with various teams to support growth projects and enhance infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and provide key reporting, including monthly and annual financial statements, tax compliance, and treasury management for investment funds
• Collaborate with service providers to ensure adherence to policies and internal control standards
• Develop and monitor reconciliations between internal records, prime brokers, counterparties, banks, and the fund administrator

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hedge fund, public accounting for asset management, or fund administration
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• Thorough understanding of financial reporting in investment management
• Experience with enterprise-level accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
