Fund Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fund Accounting Manager - Joint Ventures & Private Credit.

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly close and financial reporting for joint venture entities and private credit funds
• Maintain partner capital accounts and ensure proper GAAP treatment for investments
• Improve workflows and contribute to scalable accounting design for new fund launches

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in JV accounting, fund accounting, or private credit
• Direct experience with partnership capital accounting and cash flow tracking
• Strong foundation in GAAP and partnership accounting
• Experience with investment accounting across debt and equity investments
• Experience working with third-party fund administrators or loan servicers
