Fund Administration Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time Fund Administration & Oversight Analyst, the successful candidate will manage fund administration duties within the Sub-Advised Fund Administration team, overseeing daily accounting and cash management functions, monitoring service level quality of third-party providers, and ensuring timely data delivery to the investment management team, all while operating in a hybrid work environment in Pasadena, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage service level quality of third-party providers such as custodians and fund administrators
• Provide accounting reports and analysis for internal and external clients while coordinating year-end audits
• Oversee cash management processes and manage subscriptions and redemptions on mutual funds

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the asset management industry or financial services
• Strong understanding of complex fixed income investment products and fund administration
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams
