Fund Administration Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and highly motivated, the full-time Fund Administration Analyst will assist in preparing ETF regulatory filings, maintaining fund data, and supporting interactions with investment advisors and custodians while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of ETF regulatory filings and fund reports
- Maintain and reconcile fund data while monitoring ETF operational workflows for compliance
- Collaborate with fund accountants and external service providers to address operational tasks and challenges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or financial services is a plus
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with SEC regulatory requirements for funds is beneficial but not required
