Job Summary
Acting as a trusted partner to real estate private equity customers, the full-time remote Fund Administration Associate II will manage critical activities including administration solutions, payments, and compliance services while enhancing project management and customer management skills.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize Juniper Square software to support fund administration and investor services for clients
- Manage treasury activities such as logging LP contributions and handling payments
- Monitor customer health and provide feedback to internal teams while ensuring adherence to SLAs
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in fund administration or investor services roles
- High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to be a self-starter and take ownership of problem-solving
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
