Fund Administration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fund Administration Trust Manager to oversee ETF administration and manage a team of fund administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of fund administrators, providing guidance and training for career development
• Oversee daily fund accounting, including NAV review and coordination with third-party service providers
• Review financial statements and regulatory filings while supporting new fund launches and operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or financial services is expected
• Specific knowledge of SEC regulatory requirements for funds is required
