Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fund Development Consultant to create and implement a comprehensive development plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments and create a comprehensive development plan with revenue targets and success metrics
• Develop and oversee integrated fundraising strategies, including foundation grants and donor-advised funds cultivation
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship in grant writing and relationship management for staff development

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of securing foundation grants for social justice organizations
• Experience designing and managing complex fundraising strategies
• Knowledge of donor-advised funds and major donor cultivation
• Experience in capacity building and staff development
• Strong understanding of the foundation landscape and established program officer relations
