Fund Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support the mission of advancing behavioral health services, the full-time Fund Development Specialist will identify, develop, and secure funding through managing the full grants lifecycle, including research, proposal writing, and donor relations in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
• Lead the development and submission of grant proposals and compliance reporting
• Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary data and materials for grant applications and donor communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• One year of grant writing and development/fundraising experience
• Experience in social services grant writing and fund development is preferred
