Fund Development Specialist
Job Summary
To support the mission of advancing organizational initiatives, the full-time hybrid Fund Development Specialist will identify, develop, and secure funding through managing the full grants lifecycle, including prospect research, proposal writing, and compliance reporting while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Research and evaluate funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Lead the development, writing, and submission of grant proposals and reports in compliance with funder guidelines
- Manage the end-to-end grants process, including tracking, reporting, and maintaining records
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- One year of grant writing and development/fundraising experience
- Experience in social services grant writing and fund development is preferred
