Fund Management AVP

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP - Fund Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly Fund financial statements and assist with monthly Corporate financial statements
• Coordinate and manage Fund audits, tax returns, and K-1 preparations
• Analyze investor tax-basis and manage investor capital based on Fund cash balances

Required Qualifications

• Experience in fund/partnership accounting and tax preparation; LIHTC experience preferred
• CPA designation is preferred
• Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office applications
