Fund Manager, Commercial Real Estate

Job Summary

Overseeing the financial management and operational performance of designated impact investment funds, the full-time remote Fund Manager, Commercial Real Estate will manage fund-level financial reporting, capital management, and investor communications while collaborating with internal teams to ensure disciplined execution throughout the fund lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve financial statements and performance analysis for assigned funds, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Manage capital call and distribution processes, monitoring fund cash flows and coordinating with Asset Management
• Prepare investor reporting materials and support investor meetings by presenting fund financial performance and strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in fund management, private equity, or real estate investment management
• Demonstrated experience in managing fund-level financial reporting and investor reporting processes
• Strong understanding of real estate investment structures and fund economics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with fund accounting or financial reporting systems required
