Fund Migrations Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the onboarding and migration of funds to the AngelList platform, the fully remote Fund Migrations Manager will manage the transition of funds from incumbent administrators, ensuring project management, data validation, operational setup, and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fund migrations, managing the transition of non-registered funds to the AngelList platform
• Serve as the primary project manager for multiple concurrent migration engagements, developing project plans and tracking milestones
• Review and validate migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the migration process

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, or related financial services, preferably with alternative investment funds
• 3+ years of project management experience in complex client implementations or large-scale operational initiatives
• People management experience with a proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment structures and investment company accounting (ASC 946)
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
