Fund Migrations Senior Associate

Job Summary

Managing the onboarding and migration of funds to the AngelList platform, the fully remote Fund Migrations Senior Associate will execute fund transitions, validate data, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end fund migrations and transition non-registered funds from incumbent administrators to the AngelList platform
• Review and validate migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness for multiple concurrent migration engagements
• Manage and mentor offshore fund migration specialists, providing technical guidance and opportunities for professional growth

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, or investment operations, with a focus on alternative investment funds
• Experience with complex client implementations and fund onboardings involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment structures and investment company accounting (ASC 946)
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills to build trusted partnerships with clients and internal teams
