Fund Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Fund Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for launching new funds while collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for fund-related inquiries and ensure compliance and accuracy of deliverables
• Oversee banking and digital asset transactions, token issuance, and coordinate audit and regulatory processes

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in fund operations within hedge fund, private equity, or fund administration
• Expertise in traditional and digital asset fund structures, including tokenized investment vehicles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and reporting
• Practical knowledge of cryptocurrency operations and tokenization workflows
• Preferred qualifications include CPA, CFA, or MBA, though not required
