Fund Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance fund accounting and custody operations, the full-time Fund Operations Specialist will execute oversight activities, manage escalation processes, and maintain service level agreements in a hybrid working environment for a temporary period of 24 months.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in improving and reviewing existing Fund Accounting and Custody related processes
• Manage escalation and remediation processes to address operational issues effectively
• Organize and moderate review boards with providers and internal teams while negotiating service agreements

Required qualifications

• Strong expertise in the asset management value chain
• In-depth understanding of back-office operations, focusing on fund accounting and custody processes
• Proven experience in provider oversight and governance
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at various senior levels
• High intercultural awareness and sensitivity
