Fund Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fund Paralegal to support its exchange-traded fund platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of fund registration statements and related filings
• Create and manage timelines for registration-related filings
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external legal counsel and service providers

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of ETF or mutual fund registration statement experience
• Knowledge of Form N-1A and SEC EDGAR filing form types
• Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent directly related experience
• Strong Microsoft Word skills and ability to adapt to new software
• Knowledge of SEC rules and regulations applicable to ETFs is desired
