Job Summary

Owning and executing the new money deployment process, the full-time remote Fund Services Associate will manage fund investment approvals, review investment documentation, and ensure accurate recording of investments across internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the new money deployment process and fund investment approvals end-to-end
• Review investment documents for accuracy and completeness, flagging any discrepancies
• Coordinate the deployment of funds to portfolio companies, ensuring correct amounts and documentation

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in middle/back office operations within VC or fund administration
• Familiarity with investment documents and fluency in their requirements
• Experience in high-volume execution environments with tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned
• Background in family offices or similar operational roles is a plus
