Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funder to deliver accurate review of funding documents and issue funding authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Fund Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-Prime loans
• Collaborate with internal counterparts and third parties to efficiently fund compliant saleable loans
• Review signed loan documents for accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; experience preferred
• Ability to perform pre-funding reviews on each loan file
• Experience in verifying wire requests by the Closer and releases by the warehouse
• Familiarity with registering the MIN Number for each loan into the MERS System
• Ability to perform other related duties as assigned
