Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funding Adjustment Analyst to support the accounting function through managing the funding adjustment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end funding adjustment process, including research, reconciliation, and seller communications
  • Maintain the funding adjustment dashboard and prepare funding adjustment statements for Sellers
  • Monitor post-funding cash accounts and prepare wire templates for fund transfers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in cash management, loan funding, financial operations, or accounting support
  • Strong understanding of funding processes and cash movement workflows
  • Experience in the mortgage industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and reconciliation analysis
