Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funding Advisor to help small businesses access funding solutions through high-volume outreach and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Re-engage previously funded merchants to identify new funding opportunities
• Drive consistent deal submissions and maintain quality standards in funding performance
• Ensure accurate documentation and structured follow-up in CRM to maximize conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience selling MCA products directly to merchants
• Proven work experience in the Business Lending industry
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in a performance-driven environment
• Experience in a high-volume outbound sales setting
• Bilingual in English and French; Spanish is a plus
