Funding Advisor

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Funding Advisor will facilitate client funding by reviewing loan terms, collecting necessary documentation, and assisting with identity verification processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Funding Coordinators, Closing Team, and Underwriters to ensure timely loan funding
• Efficiently communicate with clients to gather required items and documents for funding
• Complete verbal verification recordings and manage warm transfers for Credit Card eligible loans

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in a high-volume sales environment
• Ability to learn BHG Loan Products, including Commercial & Consumer Loans and Credit Cards
• Strong experience in customer phone interactions
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills
