Funding Consultant

Job Summary

Coordinating the intake and submission of funding requests, the full-time Funding Consultant will work remotely to manage communication with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions while ensuring compliance with third-party payer criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain communication with SLPs regarding funding cases and guide them on document preparation and funding policies
• Collaborate with insurance providers and educational institutions to process new product, repair, or rental orders
• Track funding authorization cases to ensure timely resolution and serve as a client advocate throughout the funding process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of related experience
• Preferred background in the health insurance field
• Proficient in MS Office Word and Outlook
• Strong internet navigation skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
