Job Summary

Providing essential support for funding processes, the full-time Funding Coordinator will review medical documentation, submit prior authorizations, and maintain follow-up on requests while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Review medical documentation for accuracy and medical necessity
  • Submit prior authorization requests with required documentation to appropriate funding sources
  • Act as a subject matter expert by training new team members and assisting with inquiries
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
  • Six months of medical documentation-related experience or training required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to use technology effectively
