Funding Coordinator I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funding Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Auditing all documentation, invoices, and pre-payments prior to funding to ensure compliance with credit approval and company policies
• Verifying customer and business information and reviewing any discrepancies with credit underwriter
• Processing purchase order requests, completing wire, ACH, and check requests for payment release to brokers and vendors

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Able to processes purchase order requests from broker
• Able to maintain incomplete documentation follow-up list as well as outstanding Pre-fund and Partial fund follow-up
• Capable of communicating with brokers as to status of funding
