Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funding Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of documentation and funding activities with company policies and investor guidelines
• Manage pipelines and coordinate with Treasury on fundings and federal reference numbers
• Hire, coach, and develop team members while overseeing performance management and training

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Retail Residential Mortgage Closing/Funding or a related field
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
• Proven leadership experience
• Solid knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, including regulatory and legal compliance requirements
• Advanced proficiency with Encompass
