Funding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funding Specialist (Pacific Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate wire amounts for loan closings and obtain funds from warehouse banks
• Review loan documents for compliance and communicate with partners regarding funding transactions
• Balance warehouse lines of credit and reconcile unfunded loans

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
• Knowledge of residential mortgage documents is preferred
• Title and Escrow experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
