Funding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funding Specialist I who will review loan documents for accuracy and compliance while providing training and support to dealers.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and review financing documents for compliance with policies and regulations
• Train dealers on loan document completion and address questions regarding processes
• Monitor electronic signature queues and assist with document-related inquiries from other departments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed or in progress
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to read and interpret various documents and manuals
• Capability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Effective speaking skills before groups of customers or employees
