Funding Specialist

Job Summary

Reviewing loan documents for accuracy and compliance, the remote Funding Specialist I will train dealers on proper documentation processes, assist with funding-related inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of any document issues.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter and review financing documents for compliance with company policies and regulations
• Train dealers on the completion of loan documents and assist with any program-related questions
• Monitor and resolve issues related to the electronic signature queue and documentation statuses

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed or in progress
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to read and interpret various documents, including safety rules and procedure manuals
• Capability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Effective verbal communication skills for customer interactions
