Funding Specialist

Job Summary

Reviewing loan documents for accuracy and compliance, the remote Funding Specialist I will train dealers on proper document completion, address program inquiries, and resolve document-related issues while working on an hourly basis.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter received financing documents into the organization's operating system for processing
• Review financing documents for compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Train dealers on document and funding processes via phone and email

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed or in progress
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Effective speaking skills for group presentations
