Key Responsibilities

• Manage the transaction cycle from processing to final funding approval, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
• Gather and verify necessary documentation for funding packages and communicate with clients and healthcare professionals
• Follow up with payer sources to obtain timely authorizations and conduct quality assurance prior to equipment purchase and delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2 years' experience in Complex Rehab Technology, Medical Billing, or Funding preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
