Job Summary

Coordinating with various stakeholders, the full-time remote Funding Specialist II will manage the complete funding transaction cycle, ensuring timely processing and compliance with operational procedures while gathering necessary documentation and communicating with clients and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manages transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Final Funding Approval, ensuring all necessary steps are completed in order
• Gathers and reviews documentation for funding packages, including prescriptions and Letters of Medical Necessity
• Maintains communication with clients and healthcare providers to secure required documentation and updates on funding status

Required qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Complex Rehab Technology, Medical Billing, or Funding preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
