Funding Specialist II

Job Summary

Coordinating with various stakeholders, the full-time remote Funding Specialist II will manage the complete funding transaction cycle, including documentation gathering, submission to funding sources, and communication with clients and healthcare providers to ensure timely approvals.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Final Funding Approval, ensuring timely and quality funding outcomes
• Gather and review necessary documentation for funding packages, including prescriptions and Letters of Medical Necessity
• Communicate with clients, physicians, and therapists to secure required documentation and provide updates on funding status

Required qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in Complex Rehab Technology, Medical Billing, or Funding preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
