Funding Specialist II

Job Summary

Coordinating with various stakeholders, the full-time remote Funding Specialist II will manage the complete funding transaction cycle, ensuring timely processing and compliance with documentation requirements for funding packages.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Final Funding Approval, ensuring all necessary steps are completed in order
• Gathers and reviews documentation for funding packages, including prescriptions and Letters of Medical Necessity
• Communicates with clients and healthcare professionals to secure required documentation and updates on payer requirements

Required qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in Complex Rehab Technology, Medical Billing, or Funding preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
