Job Summary

Coordinating the complete funding transaction cycle, the full-time remote Funding Specialist II will manage documentation, verify client benefits, and ensure timely submission to funding sources while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Final Funding Approval
• Gather and review necessary documentation for funding packages, ensuring compliance with payer requirements
• Communicate regularly with clients, physicians, and therapists to secure required documentation and updates

Required qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in Complex Rehab Technology, Medical Billing, or Funding preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
