Job Summary

Coordinating with various stakeholders, the full-time remote Funding Specialist II will manage the complete funding transaction cycle, ensuring timely processing of documentation and communication with clients and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manages transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Final Funding Approval, ensuring all necessary steps are completed efficiently
• Gathers and reviews documentation for funding packages, verifying client benefits and communicating necessary information to clients
• Maintains regular communication with clients and healthcare professionals to secure required documentation and updates throughout the funding process

Required qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Complex Rehab Technology, Medical Billing, or Funding preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
