Funding Specialist II

Job Summary

Coordinating the complete funding transaction cycle, the full-time Funding Specialist II will manage documentation, verify client benefits, and ensure timely submissions to funding sources in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manages transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Final Funding Approval, ensuring all steps are completed timely and accurately
• Gathers and reviews documentation for funding packages, including prescriptions and Letters of Medical Necessity
• Maintains communication with clients and healthcare professionals to secure necessary documentation and updates throughout the funding process

Required qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Complex Rehab Technology, Medical Billing, or Funding preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
