Key Responsibilities:

• Work with loan origination team, closing agents, and borrowers to ensure a smooth closing experience
• Review and process loans accurately and timely
• Propose improvements to the closing process for efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 3-5 years of document drawing or funding experience
• Experience in escrow officer or insurance agent roles is a plus
• Track record as a self-starter and strong desire to learn
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment of rapid change
